Roasted Coffee Beans

The Coffee Bean, actually a misnomer, it in reality the seed of the Coffea tree or bush (a genus of plowering plants in the Rubiaceae familiy) which produces the coffee cherry fruit. The seeds of this fruit are harvested to and prepared to produce the coffee bean.
